NEW Blog every 1st and 15th *

I’ve always been someone who processes life through writing. Long before therapy, long before degrees and credentials, I have been putting my thoughts on paper about sports, goals, future plans, and personal experiences. It has always brought me joy because all these thoughts belonged to me and could not be taken from me.

From the age of probably 10, my dream was to become a sports broadcaster, so this is what I decided to pursue in college. Although I didn’t become a broadcaster, those interests never left. They simply evolved. Today, writing remains one of the ways I make sense of the spaces where ambition, uncertainty, and real life collide.

I’ve started this space more times than I can count. It was a stand alone blog when I was an undergraduate. It was a podcast that allowed me to combine speaking and writing. It was a blog on my own website. Each time, I waited for the right moment — more clarity, more time, a cleaner direction. Each time I would be so motivated and then as the weeks went by, it became something that was constantly put on the back burner. But this time around, I realized that waiting for life to feel organized enough to write about it misses the point entirely. Most of life doesn’t come with clear instructions. So instead of waiting, I decided to just show up.

No Playbook exists because real life doesn’t follow a formula. There isn’t a step-by-step guide for transitions, confidence, identity, or figuring out who you’re becoming. Here, I share honest reflections, grounded insights, and practical reminders pulled from both lived experience and professional work — without pretending there’s one “right” way to do any of it.

These writings are meant to feel human and approachable, not polished or prescriptive. Think less advice column, more thoughtful pause. A place to reflect, recalibrate, and feel a little less alone in the process of figuring things out.

If you’re a student, athlete, young professional, or simply someone navigating change, this space is for you. You don’t need to have it all mapped out. You’re allowed to question, adjust, and move at your own pace.

No rules. No script. Just real life — written as it unfolds.

Please note: These writings reflect personal thoughts and reflections. Reading does not establish a therapeutic or professional relationship, and the content here is not a substitute for therapy.
