And it can happen quietly, without us even realizing it’s affecting our mental health.

Life is full of transitions. From birth to death, we are always on the move. While most people focus on the big events in life, like marriage or childbirth, other transitions can be just as important and impactful to our well-being. These small yet significant changes happen all the time: A new job, a move across town or across the country, graduating from college; they all lead us into new phases of life where we have to adapt and become comfortable with change.
